If goods are returned after the 28 day period in an unused/unworn condition, then after inspection of the goods, Ian Poulter Enterprises Limited will offer an exchange only. No goods will be exchanged or refunded after a period of 56 days from the original purchase date.Please note that refunds processed must be made to a credit or debit card in the name of the returnee.
