Ambassador Report – June 2013

As the U.S Open Championship begins the IJP Design ambassadors take to the course at Merion Golf Club. News Photo: Ian Poulter of England hits his second shot… Ian Poulter Shot a respectable score of 1 over par in the first round of the U.S Open and currently sits in tied T35. he best finish in the U.S open was tied 12th back in 2006. News Photo: David Lingmerth of Sweden hits his tee shot… David Lingmerth the PGA tour rookie and U.S Open rookie posts a first round score of 4 over. We wish him the best of luck for his first season! News Photo: Simon Wakefield of England putting on the 17th… Simon Wakefield is playing in the Najeti Hotels et Golfs Open in France this week and after two good rounds is sitting third at 3 under par, putting him in contention for the title. News Photo: Amateur Kevin Phelan of Ireland hits his tee… Kevin Phelan is our new amateur ambassadors and is already competing in the dizzy heights of the professional game! As the headline says,’Showing his Class’ he is sitting comfortably at 2 under in the formidable U.S Open, with the likes of Tim Clark, Phil Mickelson and Carl Schwartzel. Matt Baldwin and Graeme Storm have also been performing well on the European Tour with a positions of T25 (Matt Baldwin) and T10 (Graeme Storm) in the Lyoness Open powered by Greenfinity. Daniel Brooks is our European rookie who is performing fantastically finishing T8 in the Fred olson Challenge de Espano. He has entered 22 events and has had seven top 20 finishes. Phil Golding on the Senior Tour has also been playing well finishing T10 at 8 under in his first seniors event of the season. Ben An from Korea is our newest IJP Design ambassador.
