IJP Design lead ambassador Ian Poulter has been busy on his PGA and European Tour schedule. He started March by heading to Palm Harbor in Florida for the Valspar Championship. Ian tied Kevin Chappell of the US for 67th, carding 75 on the last two days, as Charl Schwartzel of South Africa went on to win after a playoff.
Moving onto the Puerto Rico Open at the Coco Beach Golf and Country Club, he narrowly missed out on a win at T3 as Tony Finau went on to take his first PGA Tour victory after [...]
This week Ian Poulter has been spending some quality time with his family on the snowy slopes in Park City, Utah. He spent some time skiing there over the Christmas period last year and it looks like it's becoming one of his favourite past times.
Hopefully his skiing has improved since the last time, having had a bit of a mishap when filming on his Go Pro where he ran into the trees. Check out the video of [...]
Last week we asked you to send in your question to IJP Ambassador and LET Tour golfing professional Hannah Burke on Twitter. You sent in some great questions and Hannah has now answered some of them. Over the next few weeks Hannah will continue to answer all of the question you asked and we will be putting the answers right here on our blog.
Find out what her favourite UK golf course is and whether she will be playing in America.
The IJP Design Ambassadors have kept up their busy schedules towards the tail end of this year, including participating in the recent British Masters and Hong Kong Open as part of the European Tour.
Matt Ford was on top form in Hong Kong, after a disappointing time at the Portugal Masters. He was playing to retain his full tour card and shot some excellent rounds, including a faultless second round 65 to finish -10 and T7. This saw him [...]
The IJP Design Ambassadors are fast approaching their busiest tournament period and have had some great results this Spring.
Ian Poulter just finished in a tie for 4th place at the ISPS Handa Global Cup in Japan, carding rounds of 67, 68, 68 and 69. Here are Ian's latest results:
The Players - T30
Crowne Plaza - T5
US Open - T54
Challenge Tour rookie, Peter Tarver-Jones made his way through local qualifying in his quest to tee it up in the 2015 Open Cham [...]
The 2015 golf season is finally here and the IJP Ambassadors have started with a bang.
Lead Ambassador, Ian Poulter has already had three top 25 and two top 10 finishes this year and seems to be in top form going into the Summer. Since moving to Titleist his ball striking has been better than ever, leading the greens in regulation stats week in, week out. Here is a run down of Ian's best performances this year:
T3 at the Honda Classic with a score of -5
By any standards of sport, golf is up there as one of the hardest games to play. Few of us have any perception just how much harder that becomes when you are hard of hearing or deaf. The first difficulty comes in finding someone who can teach you the game, as there are very few coaches who have the ability to communicate with sign language, and therefore many pupils have to be up to scratch with their lip reading skills. Needless to say it can also become difficult to communicate with other p [...]
October has already been a very busy and successful month for the IJP Design Ambassadors.
Phil Golding has had two 2nd place finishes and a win in his last 3 European Seniors Tour events and sits in a very cosy 5th place in the Order of Merit.
Graeme Storm added another top 20 finish to his season, finishing in a tie for 17th place at the Portugal Masters over the weekend and Daniel Brooks f [...]
Congratulations to IJP Design Ambassador Phil Golding on winning the French Riviera Masters over the weekend! Phil's 2nd place finish in Germany two weeks ago and his win this week has put him in 5th position in the European Seniors Tour Order of Merit.
Phil shot rounds of 64, 67 and 70 to finish on a total of -15, continuing his great form as the Englishman hasn't been outside of the top 35 in his last 7 events.
To celebrate Phil's 15 under par total and win, we're offering 15% off [...]
Last week was a fantastic one for the IJP Design Ambassadors. We had three top 5 and two top 20 finishes!
23 year old Aussie, Brett Drewitt, finished in a tie for 5th place in the Cadillac Championship shooting scores of 70, 71, 64 and 74. Brett is currently playing on the PGA Tour China Series and the PGA Tour Australasia Series. Brett pictured with the Wuhan Open Championship trophy below.

IJP Design ambassador Graeme Storm, whose first win on The European Tour came in 2007 at the Open de France ALSTOM, took a one shot lead heading into the final round and was left with a ten foot putt for par on the last hole of regulation to force a play-off. Unfortunately Graeme was pipped to the post by America’s David Lipsky but he has now moved from 159 to 64 in The Race to Dubai rankings and has a fighting chance to qualify for the DP World Tour Championship.
“It was obviously disappoin [...]
Our leading lady ambassador, Hannah Burke has been performing consistently on the Ladies European Tour this year. Hannah is currently 28th on the money list and 12th in line for a place on the Solheim Cup team. Her best finish this year was at the Lalla Meyem Cup in Morocco where she shot rounds of 73, 70, 65 and 66 to finish in a tie for 4th place. CLICK HERE to view her season so far.
Ian finished T59 at the PGA Championship last week. Opening up with a 3 under par 68, second round 73 and third round 71 he'd moved himself up the leaderboard with 9 holes to go on Sunday. Unfortunately a triple bogey 7 on the 12th hole ended his Sunday charge and Ian had to settle for a final round of 72. Ian has two weeks off now to prepare for the Barclay's starting Thursday 21st August.
IJP Design ambassador Daniel Brooks claimed his maiden European Tour title at the Madeira Islands Open, Portugal, beating Scott Henry in a play-off on a day tinged with great sadness after the untimely death of caddie Iain McGregor at Clube de Golf do Santo da Serra.
It was a dramatic finale to a tournament which had been reduced to 36 holes due to adverse weather conditions. Henry birdied the final three holes to card a four under par 68, move to -9 alongside Brooks and force extra holes.
