Shopping Online

An item added to my shopping bag was sold out at checkout. How is this possible?

You only reserve an item when you have completed the checkout process. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reach the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for 7 days, but we cannot guarantee availability.

How do I cancel or edit an order?

Will I be charged VAT when I place an order?

All IJP Design products include VAT where applicable.

What currency can I pay with?

We accept UK pounds sterling, Euros and USA Dollars at this time. You can choose to pay with any of these currencies no matter which country you are currently in and the cost of your order will be converted.

Will I receive conformation when I place an order and when it is shipped?

Yes, IJP Design will send you an automated email when you place an order. Our Warehouse team will then process your order and you will receive a dispatch conformation email when your order leaves our warehouse.

Exchanges and Returns

How do I exchange or return an item?

Please return any item that you wish to exchange using the returns procedure outlined above. Please clearly detail the colour and size of the item you are returning along with the item you wish to receive in exchange. You will be notified when your exchange has been completed.

Please note that we will only offer an exchange if the new item is of the same value or less than the original item purchased. A refund for the price difference will be made where applicable. If you wish to receive an item that is more than the original price paid, please place a new order online and return the original item within the 28 day period in order to receive a refund.

With the quick turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that the replacement item will be available. If your exchange is within the 28 day period, we would advise that you place a new order online for the item(s) and return your original order to us for a refund.

How do international returns work?

Promotion Codes, Vouchers and Gift Cards

Where do I enter my voucher or promotion code?

When you have placed an item(s) in your cart, click on 'checkout' and 'view my cart'. You will then see a section called 'coupon code'. If you enter your code here and press submit, your code will automatically be applied. The codes are NOT case sensitive.

Why isn't my code working?

There are a few instances where your code won't work. If you have a voucher code and you have not signed in to your account your voucher will not work. If you don't have an account with us it only takes 2 minutes to sign up by clicking on my account. Please also make sure that your code has not reached its expiry date and that you have entered it correctly.

I forgot to add my promotion code, can I add it after I place an order?

Unfortunately you cannot add a code to your order once you have placed it. Please make sure you enter your voucher, promo or gift code to your order before you submit it.

Can the promotion code or voucher be used with other offers?

Yes it can unless stated otherwise on your voucher. For example, a 10% discount code can be used on sale items. Please note that you can't use more than one code per order.
