RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you will always be completely happy with your IJP Design purchase but if however something isn't quite right, simply return the unused, unwashed item with all tags attached back to us within 28 days of the shipment date to receive a refund. Items purchased in ‘The Bunker’ section are not available for return or refunds after 14 days from ship date. Any delivery charges incurred on your original order will not be refunded.

When returning your unwanted items back to us, please remember these three things:

1. Items must be returned within 28 days of shipping date, we cannot accept returns after this time unless there is a proven technical fault with the garment. Returns sent after this date will not be accepted for a refund.

2. Items must be returned in the condition you received them. All items need to be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Our quality assurance team inspects all returned products to confirm whether they meet the requirements of our Return Policy.

3. Items must be returns with the tags on. All IJP items have swing tags attached; these must not be removed it you want to return the item.
If an item doesn’t meet the above returns criteria and is refused a refund then it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the postage costs incurred by sending the items back to them.

For details of the return address, please refer to the Web Order Invoice included in your parcel. Alternatively, if you have lost or miss-placed your web order, please email customerservices@ijpdesign.com quoting your order number and our customer service team will email over a replacement returns slip for you to include in your package.

Once we’ve received your returned item(s) we will send you an email to confirm your refund, which will be processed within 5–7 working days of receipt. The refund will reach your account within 3-5 working days once your return has been processed depending on your bank. If after 10 working days you have not received an email from us, please contact us via email at customerservices@ijpdesign.com with your order number so that we can investigate further.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise, that items are returned using a reputable courier with a tracking facility. Please retain any proof of posting for your insurance and please note that any import duties and tax that may arise from shipping returned items will need to be covered by you. All postage costs are your own responsibility and will not be refunded unless the item is proven to be faulty or incorrectly dispatched.

FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event you receive an item which has a manufacturing fault or defect at the time of delivery or a fault that has occurred within the first few wears, please follow the returns procedure above. Returned items which are accepted as faulty by IJP Design or items that we have incorrectly despatched to you will be refunded in full. Following this, we will also refund the postage costs incurred by you when returning the faulty item(s). Please note we cannot take responsibility for any damage to an item that has resulted from general wear and tear, misuse, washing errors or accidental damage. All items returned due to a fault will be inspected and tested by our in-house Design Technologist. An item will only be replaced or refunded if this testing proves the item to have a manufacturing fault or hidden defect.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we no longer offer an exchange service on our products. If you would like to change your order for a different size, colour or style, please return your order for a full refund and then reorder your preferred item online at www.ijpdesign.com.

We have made this decision as our stock is continually selling and items can go out of stock very quickly. Therefore we cannot guarantee the item(s) requested in an exchange will still be available at the time of dispatch and this has led to customer disappointment, which we would like to avoid. We suggest you return your unwanted item(s) and reorder to ensure you receive the goods requested.
